    Would like to see a sticky thread that lists all hotel accommodation in various parts of the world. It should name the hotel, what the garaging facilities are like. Maybe under titles such as;
    Parking - under cover or open.
    Cameras - yes or no
    Security - excellent, medium or low
    Gated area - yes or no
    and so on.
    First you would have to get general parameters to judge all parking with.

    Sure a few people out there have some good ideas.

    Just enjoy the drive, when you get to the hotel look for a well lit area and park it and be done with it. I do 2 things, look for a well lit area and if the parking spaces are too crowded then i park way out in the dark where no one will ding my door. The car will be fine, enjoy the drive.

    If you worry about vandals parking in front is just asking for trouble unless you KNOW it is being watched. Somewhere more secluded is better for thieves but they are less likely to notice it. I say park it carefully and inconspicuously along with the proletariat.

    And if you get a silver, gray or black Ferrari, it will blend in better with the BMWs, Mercs and Audis!

    Dueling valets!

    Sunday afternoon we took a ride and went down to the seaport area of Boston. As we were approaching two different trendy restaurants the valets walked out into the street and waved me over. One said "You can park it right here in front".

    Unfortunately we were just driving through, not going to dine.
