    My friend wants to buy this bike if it is factory. He heard somewhere that it was a special edition that came from the factory. if you could confirm this or correct it, it would be much appreciated.

    To my knowledge a special edition such as this has never been produced.

    MV produced 50 sets of a carbon fiber body kits (complete w/blue seat) which were blue and silver, but it didn't look like this bike. Retail on the kit IIRC was in the neighborhood of $10,000.

    My guess is that this started life as a 2002 MV 750 F4. Biposto models were available in red/silver or all silver as shown here.

    The exhaust would add a little value to the bike, but the value of the 750cc bikes seem to be dropping close to actual sell prices of $10-12k.

    I'm a fan of the MV as well. I've not ridden one yet. To my knowledge, they've not produced one exactly like this one.
    Where is this bike? I'd like to see it.
