Do you know the issue cali 2010?

hello everyone and it's about my cali from 2010 with 38k km.

I don't know what the problem is but it jerks very easily when accelerating. after 5 minutes it stops and it runs normally.
On the freeway, however, I heard a bubbling whenever I let off the gas.
The rev counter always goes up and down slightly. in addition, the water and oil temperature fluctuates and the engine does not warm up properly.
I'll show you another picture. Does anyone know the problem?
No engine light comes on and there are no error messages on the display.
