In honor of Jethro Bodine "Double Naught Spy", I also use "Ferrari Three Naught Eight Gee-Tee-eS-eye" when referring to my car...

Here people say in Cantonese form mostly:

    Three zero eight
    Three two eight
    Three four eight
    Three double five
    Three six zero
Two eight eight GTO (have to add this :) )

If in English, it's pretty muck UK style I think.

I'm surprised so many say "three-oh-eight" (although someone mentioned the Boss "three-oh-two") - especially since many (like me) say "three-fifty-five" or "three-forty-eight".

I would think more say "three-zero-eight" or even "three-hundred-eight".

Very interesting - at least to me!
