Here people say in Cantonese form mostly:

Three zero eight
Three two eight
Three four eight
Three double five
Three six zero
Two eight eight GTO (have to add this )

If in English, it's pretty muck UK style I think.

 

I say in English
three oh eight
three two eight

In German I say it like Markus.

 

For Me it goes:

Two-Four-Six
Three-Oh-Eight
Two-Eight-Eight
Three-Two-Eight
