I bought a new townhouse in Chicago and was planning to treat it with the Thompsons concrete/asphalt water sealer. It requires you to pretreat with this acid to roughen up the concrete and then 48 hrs later, to spray on the sealant. Does anybody else treat their garage floors? Do garage floors need treatment? (I like to rinse the underbelly of my car inside the garage after I drive it during the salty winter months.)
