I know of one that is flying supplies into Haiti as we speak. There are several flying fish out of Alaska.

brave lot, comment was that the DC3 is the most suitable aircraft for there landing fileds.
Vintage aircraft and still getting belted around as if there new, just goes to show ,how good was this aircraft and the workhorse it was in WW2,Korea and onwards.

The Colombian military uses uses a modernized AC-47 gunship like the USAF used in Vietnam. The BT-67 has Pratt & Whitney turboprops instead of the old radials. FLIR and other updates.
Instead of "Spooky" or "Puff, the Magic Dragon", the Colombians call theirs "Avion Fantasma" aka "Ghost Plane". It's armed with two triple barrel .50 Gatling guns.

We still have about 5 operating daily out of Yellowknife, in addition to the 6 or 7 we have in various states of airworthyness...

I believe Buffalo even has a basler down in Red Deer going through import....
