Document what you have done when you owned your car

I was think about helping potential new buyers by giving owners a chance to provide the information they have about their previously owned cars. I know we have the 355 registry but it only gives basic details. I see all kinds of threads warning people about cars but few about the good cars.

Anyway, if anyone thinks its a good idea I will start by saying if I ever wanted another 355 and I could verify what's been done since I sold it, I would gladly buy mine back. I owned 1997 355 spider 108829. During the approx. 6 years I owned the car, I had three complete engine out services. Two were routine and the third unfortunately because the engine had faulty valve guides. The engine rebuild was done in Maryland at Competizione & Sports Cars | Conptemporary, Race and Vintage Ferrari Specialists

I spent every penny recommended and the engine was basically brand new. I never had any accidents and I don't know of any damage ever done to the car. I bought the car from Ferrari of New England and sold it through Ferrari of Atlanta. I replaced the headers with Fabspeed and a tubi exhaust. I also install a challenge rear grill and I just realized I still have the original rear grill in my basement. All sticky parts were replaced and when I sold my car it had approx. 21,000 miles. Anyway if anyone ever finds themselves looking at 355 108829 I would be glad to give you any other details I know. Plus it would be fun for me to find out where it has ended up and who the new owner is.
