Nice link with the files, but what episode is the CCR one? None of the file names say what is reviewed.

I imagine Top Gear has a website that would make it easy to look it up? Try this site for bittorrent downloads of Top Gear:

It's basically a peer-to-peer file sharing method. Check here:

    http://dessent.net/btfaq/

Basically you first need to download a bittorrent program (I use Azureus but there are other's recommended on the site above). Then you download the small bittorrent file, such as one from mininova and open it. Whatever program you use will then go out to the internet and find other's who have the file you want (in this case a Top Gear episode) and begin downloading from them. You can actually be downloading from several other people at once so it can be fast if it's a popular file you want. On the other hand, if it's an older file that isn't so popular there may only be one or two people with it so the download can be painfully slow. At the same time as you are downloading, people will be downloading bits and pieces of that same file from you so it's not a free lunch. I've downloaded quite a few Top Gear episodes using this method and it works well. Good luck.

Isn't that episode the one where it breaks down while they are testing it...?

Don't bother. He drives the car for half a lap (you see barely a couple curves) and then fries the clutch. Then a bunch of praise from the salesman saying "with such cars, you're a test driver, you call Mr Von Koenigsegg himself ... blah blah" and the presenter saying after merely half a lap "the car is crap".
    Worthless.

I totally agree. I was so hyped to see that episode and as soon as the CCR came on, it was gone. It sucked.

There are a couple of good Koenigesegg vids around..
