Car was sold at auction by its California owner (most people know who) for 400k+ i believe.

Are you sure? It was a no sale at the Gooding auction in Palm Beach over the Cavallino weekend (which I attended). I was a little surprised, but maybe that's because I like the car.

Hmm, I was pretty sure it sold at Barret Jackson, its Rusty's. I wonder if it ended up not selling?

I attended the January Goodings Palm Beach auction for the purpose of seeing and possibly bidding on this car. Having sat on my paddle, in the front row, as it went by, I can assure you it didn't sell. My understanding is that it also didn't sell immediately thereafter, but who know what's happened since then.

It's a neat car - one could own track days with it, if one could drive it.

    Will
