Does anybody here know this car??

Don't know the car but that's about $10K too much for a 348 TS.

They mention about the 15k service, but nothing about the 30k service. The way I take it is the car will need a 30k service (due to the age), making this car way over priced. 30k service on my 328 started at $4,900 and I know it will be alot more for a 348.

 

Mark328 is right on. The 15K is an primarily an inspection service with oil, gearbox lube, and air filter change. It is not an engine-out service, nor are the belts changed (they might be inspected). If you follow a couple of the 348 belt threads on FerrariChat over the past few days, the belt condition is nearly impossible to ascertain with an inspection.
IMHO, If I were interested in this car at that price, I'd want a belt change, water pump change, hose change, and any other items that suffer from age and/or lack of use. And, it better have a well-documented service history other than just the 15K service.
Either that, or tender an offer of $48K as it sits and see what shakes out.

Even with the 30K service they are asking $10K too much for a 348 TS. Without the service I would be offering $40K. With the service maybe $45K.
