Hello All, I have been a P man for many years, about to become part of the F world, the good Lord willing. Ebay has a 355 spider being sold from Broadway Ferrari in Plano Texas. I have the recent service records, skimpy to say the least. VIN is 107733. It appears the car has spent some time in the garage, this may be + or - for me. I appreciate any input in advance. valve guides? manifolds? sticky interior parts? Look for the biggies + major service history....or buyer beware.
Service records are key as well as PPI if you get to that point. When I was researching my car, I was able to get all the service records from the dealership from delivery date forward. Yes, it was serviced at a Ferrari dealership but the records told me the story.... Skimpy records would send up a flag for me. Just my .02
