Does anyone have info on this 2007 F430 Berlinetta F1

I am interested in buying a 2007 F430. Unfortunately the only negative I see with this car is that I'm having difficulty gathering complete maintenance records. The selling dealer states that they don't have any history on this car. This worries me because I know how important maintenance history is when purchasing a Ferrari. Other than that, the car seems pretty nice. Does anyone here have any direct experience with this actual car so I can get some helpful information regarding its history. Here is all the info I know about this car:

- Initially purchased March 2007 at Florida dealership (don't know which one)
- Was for sale in June 2008 at Ferrari of Central Florida at 1,366 miles
- Was for sale again in March 2009 at Ferrari of Central Florida at 1,408 miles (car fax still showed original owner)
- February 28, 2010, was sold by Lamborghini of Huston TX to second owner who registered it in Chappells, SC
- December 2, 2010, title updated to new location via motor vehicle department in Hitchcock TX
- November 1, 2012, Registration renewed in Conroe TX motor vehicle department
- April 14, 2014, for sale at Motorwerks Vehicle Sales in Huston, TX
- April 22, 2014, for sale at Ferrari of Long Island
