This is a completely new serial number to my database - can you confirm the serial number, and can you also post the full VIN? Is it a US-spec car, a UAE-spec car, a Euro car?

Both these cars are in Dubai at the moment. Both seem to have been given a thorough going over. I have someone interested in buying one but no history other than the work that's just been done.
