    I am starting to look for another shore house (the last one was at Margate), and I was hoping someone here could recommend a realtor that knows the whole area since I'm not sure where I want it to be this time since my criteria is different. Thanks

    It so happens I am a realtor for Monmouth , ocean and Middlesex .. unfortunately that area is bit south of my area

    I will ask around to see if any of my coworkers , associates specialize in that area

    I’m actually looking for property or a reno opp in Monmouth County, so I’ll look some up.

    Time for me to downsize - turning 50 and want to enjoy the prime of my life without a big anchor around my neck!!

    I have found someone, thanks everyone. I am going down next Saturday to look at a few properties. I have already been told I need to look at shore houses differently than cars, and not just say I'll take that one.
