Does anyone know how to shrink pictures?

    I'm trying to download pictures but it says they are too large. How do I shrink the pictures to post them?

    I edit mine using Microsoft paint, I just click on 'Image' tab on the top and 'Stretch/Skew' my image ;)

    I downloaded a free program called Magic Image Resizer from the net. It makes a copy of each file in a subdirectory and reduces the resolution to whatever you want (I use 640 x 480).
