    Hey Guys,

I am looking at a 2001 Diablo 6.0 on ebay offered by Excell Motors Group in Boca Raton, FL. Looks like a nice car but buying high end cars on ebay can be a bit dicey. Does anyone know this car and or have any experience with this seller? Looks like the feedback is hit and miss with them. Any idea what a good price should be. I am thinking $180K should be the top but I am not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.

    Brad

looks great, though I dont know the car
180k with those miles and color is about right

also, I would personally NEVER buy ANY car from Florida, WAAAAY too many bad stories from that state. If you do just be anally careful and have EVERY lil detail checked out BEFORE you put down one penny!

    GOOD LUCK :)

What you say is right on the money. That car CAN be bought for about $170 but I personally would not pay that much as the car has some issues. Go see it, drive it, demand service records and a LDAS readout of the computers or walk away.

Can you elaborate on the issues?

You need to judge for yourself by seeing the car in person and doing a full check out. This assumes that you have the time to do this.

Why don't you ask Roy? He seems to be the expert in the 6.0 market.

Haha...I have that same feeling about cars in FL too. I have a negative feeling about cars from NY as well.

I prefer to stick with TX, CA, or AZ cars.

Well, one reason is that Florida is a 'title washing' state. You could take a salvaged car from Indiana, fix it, title it in Florida, and then you suddenly have a 'clean' title again. Texas does that as well as I recall, but pretty much every other state says that once a car is salvaged, it is always salvaged.
