Does Anyone know this 328

I spoke with the dealer and he said that this car was titled in Kings Park for many years. It is now at a dealer in FLA. It has no books or history and no tools.

Does any know anything about this car? Dealer said hood and fender were repainted so I am wondering if there was ever a car accident?
