I've dealt with them personally. Although I was lucky enough to come out alright, I wish I'd done more research here. Send me a PM for details.

I never dealt with them on the car buying level, but have had numerous interactions with their sales guys. I lived in San Luis while going to Cal Poly. I bartended at a fancy restaurant and bar. The owner’s son use to roll up in these gorgeous pieces of engineering and was always a complete dick. Two of their sales guys were regulars, they would come in, hit on everyone and everything, give a ****ty tip and leave.

Me being the car enthusiast that I am I once walked into their showroom / garage area on Monterey. They looked me over and told me to leave. The part that gets me is they don’t just sell high end exotics; a majority of their inventory is 40,000 Benz’s and 30,000 Beamers. I own a car in that price range and drove up in it; they were just a little too snooty and uptight for me.

Yea, Ian (aka "Brett") is a good guy, he's the "owner", but it is actually an offshoot from Smith Volvo/Lotus (his father's dealership).
Ian is also apparently "wholesaling" for FofSF... jack of all trades.
I don't know of his "salespeople".
I can't say I have actually done business w/ him, but haven't heard any complaints.
