sounds like the closest thing u can get to a brand new example. I personally dont like the leather on the carbon seats...like everything else comes down to price.
Wow... I'll bet they're asking a bunch of money for this one. Kind-of a pity the car just sat there for the last 5 years. I'll bet there are certain things you'd need to lookout for on a 5-year old Ferrari with this few miles.
Car was offered to me when I was looking for my CS. Personally I didn't want one with such low miles, as I like to drive my toys. Car has essentially been a museum piece. Not sure if belts etc have been done. The guys in Missouri are straight up and represent quality cars. I bought a Ford GT from them previously. Talk to Jeff Cornwell...he'll give you the straight dope. He had info on a couple of cars I had looked at elsewhere (the yellow car in San Diego and the Naples car with the CEL on) and saved me a lot of time and grief. Best of luck.
any1 spoken to them to see what theyre asking? do u guys think the CS becomes collectible in the future?
I know the car owned by a collector friend as you can tell by the miles. No stories behind the car it is what it is.
This morning I e-mail them and ask for how much they're asking for it and they wanted me to make an offer as of now they don't have the CS yet.
I am sure this is the same one Andy at BHCC had. That's probably why they don't have the car yet. It's coming from Cali. No one wanted to deal with Andy?
Remember that the price on this car needs to be considered in context of rapidly deteriorating Scud prices. Soon low mileage Scud's will be retailing in the $200K range - and there will be plenty of them to choose from. Hence a low mileage CS like this will still be worth a lot less than those Scud's. This CS would only make sense for a collector who has no plans to drive the car. As far as investment value is concerned, I do not think any CS represents a good opportunity for financial gain - they will all cost you in the long run. Best.
What's to know? It's a garage queen. If you want a garage queen, this is probably it. Anytime I hear the words "incredibly rare", I mentally translate that to "more expensive than most".
If you're a collector and will continue to let the car sit, go for it. Otherwise, I'd worry about seals etc. Poor car. Like keeping a race horse in an NYC apartment all its life. I'd go for one with <10K miles that's been truly cared for by its owner.

WOW! Great looking car and the asking price seems more reasonable than I expected. But then again, I don't know all there is to know about CS pricing. I bet $175k gets it.
dealer paid like mid 150s from the car from Harris Imports in Utah. It was not in california. But in Utah. I had a deal on the car at 152 but, lets just say, there were some issues on the sellers' side. I walked and wanted no further part of the car. Mechanically, it has not been serviced, has much deferred maintenance so figure another 5 to 10,12k for getting it just right. its a 5 year old car that hasnt been driven more than 2 hours. coul dhave rubber or seal issues. all that, at low 152, i was willing to absorb. but issues with the title, ownership kept me movin' on down the highway towards something else. make sure you get a copy of a clear clean title and understand who precisely owns it or has an interest in it, and if possible make sure there are no liens against the previous sellers' assets or this car in particular. you asked, i answered. hope it helps.
ITS A STRADALE!!! THING MOVES!!! lets say like 3 hours???? im guessing the right stretch of road, one would soil their pants trying to do 132mph for 2 straight hours.
its a real deal car. i know the previous "owner" well. and its a spectacular example. there ae some options i beleive that this car has that no other car has like double stitching in certain places, and theleather interior is gorgeous. its a true <300miles. the current dealership in possession of the car emailed yesterday to lay out their ownership ofthis car because i have done stuff in the past with them, and MI is a good shop. and they just wanted to explain it, having seen this post i guess. good people, good reputation adn they have a great shop that i assume could probably do the service as some part of the deal package. as for the title issues, my only suggestion would be to still ask for the name of the previous non-dealer owner and do a court lien search if possible. or have them give you a warranty/rep on clear title. and then you're fine. its a really special example. i did want it. i wont pursue it because i am just aggitated to all heck at Harris Imports and the previous sellers. for a few grand those guys yanked me around and ill never have any positive to say about them because of that. nor own that car. but, you have to get that representation/warrant on clear title. get thatand you're good..
