Red Ferrari California spotted in Highland Park with my buddy and me a few months ago. Anybody know about this car? Owner, where it lives, town?

That's a little invasive, don't you think? Why would you need that information.

I had always heard that IL. like NY and NJ plates with low numbers always belonged to state gov't types. Judges, alderman, state senators etc. That only the highly connected get those numbers. Gives everyone fair warning including LEO's and tow truck companies . Who may be tempted to question their driving and parking habits. Just a thought, but personally I wouldn't be in a big hurry to inquire where he or she may live.

That is true, plus it would say on the license plate something to do with their job such as livery is LY and dealer cars say DL.
This one, and I looked, is owned by a firefighter.
Idk how firefighters can afford a $200,000 car.

Plus, you have to pay extra for a license plate with only numbers. Vanity plates and such

Fire Fighter plates can be obtained by anyone. They cost about $20 a year more than regular plates but that money goes to maintaining the Fire Fighter's Memorial in the state capital. I don't think the owner of that car is too concerned with the extra $20 a year for those plates. Low numbers on specialty plates don't mean much. Low numbers on regular plates might.
