I bought my Mondial from them and they did what amounted to a major service on it for me and I drove it all spring and summer without any issues. I have been very happy dealing with them they are great to do business with in fact I have my Mondial up for sale with them now.

Thanks Wade. I'm still a little on the fence about selling but I'm overwhelmed with work issues and I haven't been able to use the car at all and don't think I will be able to anytime soon so rather than just have it sit I figure it makes sense to let somebody else enjoy it.

I feel for ya... it's exactly the same situation regarding my Ducati S4RS (but other than work issues).

I'm curious about this. Please don't take it the wrong way, but I've seen this sentiment expressed many times on this forum. If money is tight and needed for other things, that's one thing, and I completely understand that. If we're talking about a lot of money to have tied up in an asset, so free it up as new 'assets' can be found all the time, then I understand that too. But we're talking about a very covetted asset (a Ferrari - and I'm referring to the Mondial. I have one too.) that is not worth much, relative. I mean it might be worth less than the daily driver. But why not just hold on to it until you have the time to fully enjoy it. Are we saying that we expect to use it at absolutely no time in the future? We can't find ANY time to get in it and drive it around and don't see any time at all in the future - immediately or otherwise? This is just a general observation, not meant to be a comment on any one person's situation. Why sell it because we think someone else will can enjoy it now just because we have priorities and we know what needs to be done? I'm just comparing this situation to my own. I've actually had something, albeit minor, come up that will take up a lot of my time, but I'm not looking to dispose of things I might not use as much because I just got busy. I have a few cars and a few boats. I'm self employed and my finances got tight for a while there, actually for more than a year, after I got my Mondial. At no point in time did I ever give thought to getting rid of my paid for Mondial when finances were tight. I had a feeling I could get to a point where things would work out. Again, a different story if I'm making payments on it. Thank god nothing happened causing a large expense. I thought about not driving it until I really could afford it, meaning a repair if one came up, but I just drove it a little less.

Sorry if I hijacked the thread. Just an observation...

    Regards,
    Brian
