TR in Targa form? Must be a custom job, I dont know how that would look, I like the TR in Coupe form, and thats it, I think the custom jobs ruin the lines.
I don't know the owner, but I saw that TR driving along the downtown Seattle waterfront a couple of years ago. The roof panel was off and I did a big double take, as it went by.
Dah, it's a custom job. It's on sale on ebay (http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107567) by a Seattle dealer Cosmopolitan Motors LLC. I am trying to find out who did the conversion (dealer claims it's done in Belgium) and the car's history. Thanks. - Nguyen
If it is the same car I am thinking about (which I can't see how there are more than one), I saw it being serviced at a place just down the street from Ferrari of Seattle about 4 years ago. I took a look over and at the time and it was a european version and in poor shape. The dealer passed on my phone number to the owner but I never herd from him.
I just tried to make it too their web page and it said it was suspended??? http://www.autabuy.com/LinkOut/index.cfm?GoTo=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ecosmopolitanmotors%2Ecom Anyhow, I went back and looked at the pics and it's the same car. I would never say to anyone not to buy a car but make sure you see this one in person to make sure it's in the condition you expect for the price you are willing to pay. I also found it funny they didn't choose to include the vin in the add which makes me think they would rather expain the history to you before you see it on carfax. Anyhow, good look. Mike
The car was up for auction three weeks ago at EHLI Auctions in Fife and I saw it there. Does NNOO tell you everything you need to know? TLC it did not get.
