Does anyone know where this 1977 308 GTB is ?

I am looking for a red / tan 1977 308 GTB s/n 20631
The car originally belonged to my father here in Los Angeles & I recently, "just" found the VIN. The car is not posted on the 308gtb registry website. I am just trying to see if anyone out there might know where this car is ? Is it still in so cal ?
The car was always orig serviced at Hollywood Sports cars & was sold to a doctor in Long Beach around 1983. The doctor had the car until about 1986 & its unknown where it went from there.

I just searched the GTB registry and your number is not there. I believe the car you search for is actually a December '76 build car making it a '76 as your serial number is right at the end of the 'batch' of US cars built at the end of '76. It is common to find these cars designated as '77s when they are actually '76s. The serial # following your car is 20637, but this number is for a batch of European market cars and happen to be fiberglass.

Closest I can get is my #20405....late '76 North American steel car...
