Does anyone knows this TR

Hi all, a few years back I was considering making a modded TR but I just could not do it on a clean/issue-free TR, now opportunity arises with this car. VIN: ZFFSG17A1H0071147. It has been flooded and I want to see if the last owner is on here. I'd like to reach out and find out what kind of flood(freshwater or salt), how bad was the whole situation and if anything has been done. All I really need is the body and frame to be okay. The rest isn't a concern for me. Obviously, if it was a bunch of salt water this chassis wouldn't work. Regardless I'd like to get some information before pulling the trigger.
