    Does FChat have a function that when people reply to a thread that you started or pne you added to, you will receive an email stating that and a link to the thread to look at what has been posted?

    Yes it does. Have a look in "edit options" You can choose to have an email notification of reply to your thread.

    Rylex..... HA HA. The feature works, imagine that! What the email does NOT do is allow you to click on it to be taken to the post. You have to copy and paste it in the browser.

    HEY ROB! Can you fix that?

    Works in mine. Must be a setting or feature with your email client.

    however, i don't click those links, i have a shortcut to fchat which points to: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/subscription.php

    that will take you directly to a list of the threads you have participated in or are following, easier to keep track of.

    It is helpful if you are not that active. I use it on other boards I visit less frequently or that are slower in responses. (on FC you can expect a reply in a few hours max)
