ive had real estate friends who sell the big houses here in LA rent our F-Cars for open house days..even sold one from it!

 

The whole thing makes me sad...trying to sell a dream...a false reality.

Well, you didn't include the price of the Fiero/Ferrari, which likely brings it up 1.3MM or so, don't you think?

 

I agree....like look, if you buy this house you'll be cool, like a person who drives a Ferrari (or a Fiero!) and your life is complete. It really is sad.

 

That 328 is a very rare example. The only, in fact, to come equipped with a sunroof.


That house is beautiful. I love that staircase - for two reasons: first, it's winding; second, its color is a striking contrast to the descending level's floor, walls and ceiling.

 

At least the "frozen wasteland" has banks that are actually posting profits, universal health care, and when "frozen" we have Florida and Arizona... life is good!

 

Give me a "boat drink," some shorts and sandals, beach, palm trees, mostly naked women strolling around, abundant sunshine, aquamarine 85F waters........and a failed economy any day of the week!

No argument here about your stable economy and universal health care.

As the past owner of four different Saabs (and current 308 owner), that Lancia Thema (Saab 9000) with the 308 engine is pretty cool, too!

 

Funnily enough, there are a few real exotics in that neighbourhood!

 

I was thinking it was over priced too until I saw that it was a 2 "storey". I'll accept typos on a $100,000 house not almost $2 mill.

 

"Storey" is correct, when referring to levels, if you're writing in British English.
