    hi there mates
does anyone know what exactly is the performance of a LP640?somewhere showed it can make a 0~100KPH acceleration within 3.4 seconds, that's faster than the ENZO's 3.65.is that true?i don't believe that the LP640 could beat ENZO any way...

The Enzo goes 0-60 in 3.3, not 3.65, but since I have the latest Sports Car International on my desk, I'll post the numbers...

    Length: 181.5 inches
    Width: 81 inches
    Height: 44.7 inches

I would also like to point out, that since the LP640 is AWD, it has a great advantage off the line. I'm quite positive that the gap between the Lambo and the Enzo will expand past the 60mph mark.

Nonetheless the LP640 is an extremely fast car!

I heard the #1 reason for buying an Enzo is drag racing.

Not drag racing, but 0-60 racing as theres a limiter on going any faster.. Don't even think about turning that wheel! Straight line only!

LOL I have never understood the school of thought that any exotic should be measured by its drag racing abilitys, thats like buying a hemi cuda because of its F1 racing history, it makes no sense what-so-ever.

In most cases the exotic car owners cant drive their cars to anything near their potential, were business men not professional drivers. Hell I cant get anything out of my cars so a .2 sec on a 0-62 is usless,

I dont get caught up in the numbes because on my driving limitations, i buy exotics for lots of reasons but the numbers are secondary, i like how they feel on the road, how they talk to me, how they smell, its a subjective thing for me. and all those roads tests are arbitary at best

Out of curiousity, what other exotics do you own or have owned? It'd be nice to hear about some experiences with them (unless you already have a thread on some of them). I'm already aware about the yellow Enzo.

Spoken like a true car enthusiast! I'll never understand the magazine racers who get bent out of shape because such and such magazine said that car X was faster to 60 than their car.

It's just the title that ain't exactly right: "does the LP640 faster than an ENZO".

When it should've been something like: "IS the LP640 faster than the Enzo?"

the Enzo has 650 horses, LP640 has 640....since we know the enzo is faster off the line, who has the better top speed anyways?
