Does the turn signal lever return (after turning)?

    Good day,

    now here is a little nuisance, when I use the turn signal lever on the QV, it does not return after the actual turn, which would be the first question, was it ever intended to do that like we expect it (as from other cars)?

    If not, then this is where it ends, however I vividly remember from old mercedes it was a very common issues and all it took was to (re) file the notches in the lever's mechanic (as i.e. describer here Datei:Rep-anleitung blinker.pdf ? /8-KnowHow),
    any thoughts on this?

    Yes it should return. U should hear clicks as you turn the wheel.

    yes it should return

    when you engage it does it click and stay?
    does it click when manually return to middle?

    May be the same issue as on mine - fixed with a strip of styrene and superglue years ago and holding up no problem.

    Urs....what type of "pull" is that in the picture thread to remove the hub? Looks like it was made for that specific purpose...

    Indeed. Pressure put on, WD40, wait, then slight tapping in the puller and off it flew. It stuck like crazy...
