    2000 360. Dome light comes on normally with opening and closing doors , but the two manual switches/buttons for regular dome light and the spot light do not work. They are the push on/ push off type. Bulbs good, switches click normally when pressed , wires all attached .
    Any ideas ? Couldn’t find anything in the archives here.

    Might be bad switches. Check for continuity on the switches with a multimeter.

    Regular bulbs . I’ll get a multi meter on it tomorrow

    I had the same problem with mine. I removed the dome light from the car and pulled the switches apart and sprayed the inside with RP7 to try to clean the contacts. Only managed to get one working. The switches are soldered in, two pins on each switch. Not too complicated if you’re handy with a soldering iron. Alternative is to just replace the dome light. Look for the Maserati equivalent, much cheaper and exactly the same, so I’ve been told.

    Please post back if you have a fix or Maserati part number and price. I just bought my 2000 360 2 days ago and noticed the dome lights only work when the door is open the switches are inoperable.

    Multimeter showed both switches inop . Sealed unit , no way to access the internal mechanism that I could find. All plastic .

    The Maserati part # is 383100123, but I've just checked on Eurospares and Scuderia Car Parts (both in UK) and they are showing as "enquire" so might be hard to get hold of. From memory, they were about US$100 when I last looked about 6 months ago.
