Some of you asked if donations could be made in honor of Mr. Losee to the Utah Highway Patrol "Fallen Heroes Foundation"...here is the information given me by the organizers. They do not have a Paypal account but i'm sure that your donations will be dealt with honestly.

I started a new thread b/c i really hope this doesn't degenerate into a debate about he safety of the event. If you're willing to donate i'm sure the families of troopers who died in the line of duty will be grateful...and Mr. Losee would be honored.

A number of you have contacted me to ask if you can still donate your anticipated speeding ticket to charity, given that the closed course section was shut down.

If you would like to make a donation, please complete the attached credit card form. At the bottom of the form, there is a list of information needed to fill out a "complete" ticket. If you prefer not to have certain information listed on your ticket, you can leave the category blank.

The "suggested" fine schedule was as follows:

    100 - 119 mph
    $300

    120 - 139 mph
    $400

    140 - 159 mph
    $500

    160 - 179 mph
    $600

    180 - 199 mph
    $700

    200 - 209 mph
    $800

    210+ mph
    $1,000

Please fax the completed form to me at 801-294-7618. We will then send you an original copy of your speeding ticket.

Some have also asked if they can make a donation in Richard Losee's name. Absolutely. Please just make a note of that on your form.

Thank you all for joining us, sharing your enthusiasm for cars, and your passion for people. You have all made a very positive and lasting impact on the Honoring Heroes Foundation and on every community in which we visited.
