What I have found out over a year of putting over 10K miles on my car is that I ache to drive it everywhere. I parked my car two days ago and started a roadtrip with my Dad in his car. The heartache is terrible. Save yourself the pain, don't drive your cars at all and you won't feel the pain that I feel.

I hear you. On nice days it kills me not to drive it. Work and other events get in the way. Life can be so cruel....

I've gotten around this problem by not buying a Ferrari at all. ;)

I knew I shouldn't have read that article by Dean.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I wish I can drive it more...

    Monday the M3
    Tuesday the 328
    Wednesday the 355
    Thursday the 348
    Friday the Ducati
Sat and Sun the Lexus to get grocery.

Even if try hard, they only get exercised once a week. When I am out of town, then not at all.

I'm sorry, but in this case you have to man up!!!! I believe one gentlemen's signature states something about not drivng your Ferrari is like saving your girlfriend for the next guy. I agree with him. So man up and go take a spin !!!

You're right about that. the blood burn to both drive it and buy the next one is intolerable.

That don't work. Never not buying one would mean that you're an owner.
Drop the n from never and it works.

    I had a different experience.

For a while, my 328 was my daily driver, rain or shine, in the summer.
By the end of the season, it was just "my car". No big deal.

After parking it for a New England winter (using the AWD), I could then approach the 328 next spring with a fresh joy. ;)

I'm having the same problem. I used to have a 10-minute drive to work but when I take the 328, a few mountain canyons somehow keep popping up between work and home. Commute is now up to about 45 minutes. Wife is getting suspicious...
