i think it's wrong for the Borgata to tell these girls, AFTER HIRING THEM, that they need to stay within a certain weight... However, i don't think there's anything wrong with them being very up front about stuff like that DURING THE HIRING PROCESS... Someone mentioned Hooters... i think it's fair to say that if a flat-chested A-cupper walks into a Hooters and doesn't get a job, she'll have no basis for a discrimination suit because she's not qualified for the job... However, if, after hiring a 36C-endowed lass, Hooters tells her she needs to beef up the dairy pillows or she's getting the pink slip, that's unfair...

The women who are already employed at the Borgata shouldn't have to adhere to the Borgata's new rules... i highly doubt their contracts state they need to stay in shape...

 

Very Very Fair, I think obesity in America is disgusting I would definitely not eat at a restaurant with obese or overweight workers better yet go to a place to relax or get loose like a casino or bar and look at overweight and obese workers.

 

Ah yes, I agree - applying this retroactively will be very tough if not impossible. They might have to fire them all and offer to rehire under new terms then. Boy, that would be tough with the union...

The Borgata Babes are HOTT! I don't want to see a fat chick in those hot outfits, it'll just ruin the vibe there..

 

I think the real reason they want to keep the weight down is because that billion dollar hotel/casino is sinking into the marsh they build it on.
