    If hes' not dead, he's gotta still be in a coma or something. That's a harsh impact, the brain rocked so much it probably gave up.

    Either way, his facial structure isn't the same. But he got what he deserved. Also, it seemed like the other car was moving a bit. If you pause it, you can see there's a driver in the other car. So if it was moving, he got a bumper to the face and probably partially ran over.

    All in all, it was not worth the 2 second laugh they had for hitting the kid with the door.
