Wrong about liens. Ferrari does not and can not put a lien on your car for rofr.

So to be clear, if you honor the ROFR by offering to sell to the dealer, you’ll still get blackballed?

 

Let’s say you get an opportunity to buy a rarer car (another brand), you decide to trade in the Ferrari but let the dealer exercise ROFR…you’ll still get blackballed?
