    Don't you just love being asked the same question in different ways?

    Here's a phone call I took this morning;

    Caller: Do you know where I can rent a Ferrari?
    Me: Sorry, I do not.
    Caller: So there is no where in town that offers them?
    Me: Not that I know of.
    Caller: Do you guys rent them?
    Me: Sorry, we do not.
    Caller:So you don't know of ANYONE who has them?
    Me: I do not.

    Makes me just want to pull my hair out!

    I hear ya man, that has to be one of my pet peaves as well.
    I think that's what gets me the most snipy.

    I think upon the second request I'd probably say "You already asked me that",
    or "What did I just say?", or "Can you hear the words I'm saying to you?".

    Probably explains why I'm not in retail. ;)

    That, and people that repeat themselves 4 times in the same sentence:

    'I am going to go to the store to get some milk and bread, so if there is anything else we need besides milk and bread, let me know, but I can't think of anything else we need besides milk and bread, so I will leave in about 5 minutes to go to the store to pick up some milk and bread.........'.

    And this kind of stuff happens every day.
