    Anyone had any luck beating a ticket in this county? Me and a friend both got arrested and charged with 125mph in 70mph and reckless.

    dont know about that county but the last time I had a ticket like that (reckless, small population county not familiar to me) I did a web search and hired the local head of the bar association. my assumption was that they would know all the prosecutors and judges and would likely have a good reputation - possibly settling your deal between themselves over cigars and golf. always afraid to walk into some "foreign" court with an attorney that maybe on everyone's **** list.

    btw - it worked.
