    Hello forum

One of the previous owners of my 360 had the alu inserts on the doors covered in leather. It is profesionally done, but I want to change back to the silver finish.

I have obtained a set of extra door inserts which I am in process of painting in the silver textured finish.

So to the question. Can someone tell me how the door pockets (which is a part of the inserts) look like on the inside. Is it any fabric on the inside or is it just the bare alu finish?

Thanks for reply. It is painted. I have the PPG paint code. It has a texture additive so that is what it feels a bit rough on the surface.

The 1999 texture/feel is significantly different than the 2003s. If you are looking for authenticity, you need to define which era your panels are from.

Yepp, @67bmer I an aware. Mine is a 2000 so it will be the textured finish. The one which is smoother has a clearcoat on top.

I also have a 2000. Can you share the paint code and texture material source. Thanks

Yes of course. Code is 248617 grigio opaco textured. 40014024 is the code from the supplier. It is a PPG paint so you need to find the a supplier which can supply PPG.
