Hello all, does anyone know if a 360 door card can be removed with the door closed.

I'm unable to open the passenger side door (UK) either from the inside handle or the outside.

I've tried putting the key on the lock and jiggling it while tring the handle to open but no luck.

I also removed the section in the door card arm rest that exposes the cable and rod and tried pulling the cable to open the door but still no luck.

I'd greatly appreciate your expert advice. :)

it's tricky but can be done. I had a similar situation with the driver side door years ago. Remove the aluminium surround first, then bend the door card out as much as possible, get a long enough flat screwdriver inside the door and push the latch on the inside of the lock.

F-serge- same thing happened to me on drivers side door. It can be done. It was difficult for me but I got it done in a day.

    I think there’s a thread on this.

Are the aluminum surrounds difficult to remove. They appear to be held on by 7 screws.

there's one screw at the bottom, if its there then removing it would be tricky.

With the door fully open the 7 screws are fully accessible. Once all the screws are removed, is the piece easy to remove.
