Hi All, I am in the process of restoring a 90 348 tb and at the same time want to update the look... I wanted to do away with the black lower portion so I had the body shop paint everything red. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the door sills kind of wrap around the top of the lower strake... which will present a black line where the door meets the bottom strake. I looked at a few shots on Fchat of red 348s and I don't seem to see this black line. There is also a black weatherstrip that runs along the bottom of the door strakes that would show this same black line if I were to paint the door sills red. So my question is, as I know many have gone through this when repainting their cars, what should I do? I guess I could paint the edge of the door sill red and trim the weatherstrip a little but I'd like to know what others have done? (pics if possible please) Thanks DF
