Part number is right on the sticker, 192219, but that does not show in online parts lists for the 575M. Check with Daniel at Ricambi and see if he can get one.
I could be mistaken, but those decals (despite having a part number on them) are not 'for sale' from Ferrari (or Ferrari North America) because they are part of the EPA/DOT compliance process for the vehicle -- sorta/kinda like the actual VIN plate of the car isn't something you can just order from the parts department. For a while, there were some aftermarket versions of many of those decals. I'm not sure if your specific 575M year/market was one of them, nor do I have any idea how good they were in terms of font, color, stickyness, etc. (I've never sold/offered those through Ricambi America.) Try ICP in West Linn Oregon.
Daniel, thanks also - i think a creative print shop might be able to make one - I'm going explore that.
