    So I successfully paired my iPhone 11 Pro with my 2014 F12. Everything works except for it does not download the contacts names. Only the phone number show up and I have to look at the phone to know he was calling me. Does this sound like a software update or am I stuck with this?

    I think you can resolve this by going into your iPhone bluetooth settings and then look for the F12 connection and there is a small "i" inside a circle over to the right. Press on this and then there should be an option for "sync contacts" and that should resolve it.

    Thanks but I checked, sync contacts already on.
