DPS has LIDAR

Coming home down IH-10 near Columbus I saw a DPS with LIDAR. I put about 40,000 miles a year on my truck all over Texas and had not seen DPS using them until now. I had hoped the stationary requirement would have prevented them from using LIDAR but it appears they have adopted it too. The V1 never even blinked although I was going the other way so it would not have hit me directly.
