I hope to have a preview video of last week's test around Silverstone online later today. You may have seen the teaser video we produced on our first attempt http://www.drivers-republic.com/dr_tv/index.cfm?videoid=cf4b02691f3d4c0b9404e369368b24cb&area=videos

Unfortunately it was wet this time so we were unable to set a representative time for the Scuderia around Silverstone's GP circuit, but we were able to record some lovely video of each car drifting sideways. The LP560-4 was sublime in the wet weather and the noise it made brought me goosebumps. We will also be making available downloadable mp3 files of each car, my favourite being the LP560-4 drifting through Camp corner and along Abbey straight.

The full feature magazine will be online later this week, together with the full videos so if you've got some time to kill this week, we should have something of interest to show you.

Our test of the California will be up next week, plus the build up to our Nurburgring lap attempts (weather permitting!)

Glad to see the GT2 catch up in the end.
But where is the real supercar ? The GTR ;)

Ah, don't worry we'll see if we can bring together GT2 and GT-R on the same track to illustrate their respective talents. ;)

From our telemetry times around Silverstone's GP circuit it was the GT-R that lapped quicker, despite the GT2 reaching a higher speed along the hangar straight. But that's not really the outright purpose of these cars and I can tell you which I'd rather have parked in my garage..
