Hello George, tx for the responses so far. I see that you listed RHD version of the kit also being available. May I confirm that you have *ALL* the parts for the conversion? I was one of the VERY early enthusiasts who paid up for the EAG kit BUT only to find Art NOT being able to deliver the kit after almost six months. So I finally cancelled the order and got a refund via credit card. Needless to say the full kit were READY to go when I placed the order....

    Hi Jester

Yes, I would like to confirm that RHD version is available and that *ALL* parts are in stock now. It takes some time to assemble to buyer's spec, pack and ship, but we are different from the competition as I have one simple rule:

We don't take money from anyone unless we have all the parts and I can guarantee the shipping date at the time of receiving the payment. It has worked very well so far.

Also, we now provide a 100% one stop shopping, including all the ECU and instrument cluster work. So there is no worry of waiting for someone else to do the programming separately or potential finger pointing of who has caused delays or issues. You get everything from one source and with one guarantee. Plus you no longer even have to ship the F430 ECUs to anyone and risk damage or loss in transit, everything is done in your garage :)

We ONLY do the conversions, we do not do any other engine tuning and do not intend to do that. So while we do the complete ECU gated conversions, we continue to refer to other tuners for all the other engine/exhaust etc modifications.

This is how one becomes a true success. Find a niche, exploit it carefully, and don't overreach.

George, I intend to convert my 07 RHD 430 spider to as close to factory specs as possible. As such few questions:
1: i presume brake fluid version while retaining e-diff wud be the way to go?
2: for RHD car, can I pay the $600 deposit so u send me RHD trimmed brake pedal! I’ll then decide whether I wanna keep my RHD f1 brake pedal or send it back to u for refund.
3: I hv full Caron fiber centre console. What option do I hv if I prefer to keep the console?

4: do u offer solution for the steering column that covers the opening for the f1 pedal?

If you wish to retain your factory console, I would buy an extra sacrificial one to cut up, or get a manual version if you want to spend the extra money. Also, the kit does come with plugs for your F1 paddles.

    Apologies for hijacking the thread

Since this topic has surfaced again, I'd like to throw in a suggestion

I have the plug covers, they're fine.

But what would look really awesome, particularly since you would look at it every time you drive the car, would be a carbon fiber housing for the steering column to replace the plastic one.

There are F1 aftermarket versions out there (with holes) but no 6spd ones (no holes)

Would be great if there was enough interest to work with a vendor to produce one.

If there would be interest and we could get the price point to a manageable place, I'd be in.

I just spent $600 on a CF bumper splitter (which came out awesome), I'd rather have this!

It was brought up before. I'm sure there could be a group buy arranged. I just bought OEM covers from a manual. They're still available.

I know they are, I'm interested in a CF one to go with my CF dash zone

And it's a bit more complicated than a group buy as a manufacturer also needs to be selected who is interested.

Afaik, no one makes one. RTuned has indicated they would take it on, that's one possibility. Personally I was extremely impressed with the work from ECPS Group (they did my CF splitter) and would see if they were interested.

    Jester,
Thank you for your questions, here are the answers:

    1. Yes, for staying close to the factory specs it is best to select brake fluid version and to retain e-diff

    2. We stock a lot of LHD brake pedals, but RHD not always (just shipped one to Australia recently). So please ping me before ordering for the current status, in the worst case I will just get one from a RHD country but I need advanced notice

    3. For the console fiber center, it is best to buy a new or used insert so you can keep your original. Exotic Auto Recycling makes and sells new reproductions (search ebay for "Ferrari F430 Spider, Carbon Fiber Center Console Insert". Or used originals are also available. Photo of the reproduction below.

    4. Yes, after testing multiple options for the steering column covers, we offer covers made from rubber (casting in steel forms, as 3D is not good enough). Rubber is UV and automotive fluids resistant and with matte finish to match factory covers. If anyone wants those separately, please ping me off line.

    Thank you

    George,

For the console, does it matter if I get a LHD or RHD console to be cut? Your shift tower looks centrally positioned and cover most of the width of the console hence I wonder if it matters if I buy the LHD or RHD version.

Moreover, do u expect the installer to do this cutting?

The steering column covers are luckily the same for RHD and LHD cars.

For the console I expect the LHD and RHD to be the same but I have not verified it - in this case you only need the carbon insert, not the complete console and I don't see any reasons why that would be different in LHD and RHD cars.

Yes, the installer is expected to cut out the console space for the top of the shift tower.

George, just want to double check that I watched the video as per your FAQ on your website:

toward the end Dan mentioned that in order to keep the e-diff, we need to keep the f1 reservoir, pump plus other components from the f1 systems. Now based on your above statement, I guess Dan's comment is not accurate anymore since the scuding e-diff bypass ecu would do the job? Just curious, what's the setup for the factory 6 speed? I presume it's neither f1 pump or e-diff ecu bypass?
