    Yesterday my son and I went to the "Cajun Sportsman Challenge" at No Problem. In the semifinals a Top Alcohol Dragster ran a 5.217 @ 275 MPH, which according to the announcer was a track and (if I heard correctly) state record.     Below are a few cellphone pics. The black and orange "tigerflow" car ran the 275 MPH. The jet car ran mid 5's and crossed the line @ 278 MPH.

    Anyone else go to the drag races at NPR?
