    Our own Drew drove his first club Race with the Porsche club last weekend at summit Point. According to my sources he was ecstatic as he finished first in both the sprint races. He however was forced out of the enduro race when he collided with a deer and damaged his car. Summit Point is full of the four legged critters and this is unfortunately too common. Drew is fine the car is a little hurt but the deer sadly didnt make it. Congratulations Drew!!! Jon in Delaware

    Drew did fantastic. I don't have results sheets, but he placed 1st in his class in the sprint race and 1st in the mini sprint race. Not sure how the fun race went for him. In the enduro he hit a deer and had to drop out of the race. Damage was to the right front and did not look to be too bad considering what it could have been. He was fine and still very very happy
    (ecstatic) about the whole weekend.

    Everyone was really nice and quite helpful...including Mike Levitas (lemans winner) who helped me out and made a couple adjustments on my car pre race which were very nice...

    Mark W. was as supporting as ever and it was great to finally talk to him AT a race where its acutally REAL talk...haha


    I acutally STILL got second place in the enduro even with the deer incident...I had a great weekend to say the least!!!

    Congratulations! Sorry to here about your car, and I'm glad you are okay. It would be great if the Mid-Atlantic region had a racetrack that was more user friendly. Sadly, for this, and a bunch of other safety concerns I won't take my Ferrari to that track.

    Millville NJ is scheduled to open next summer. I know I know you have heard that before about other tracks that havent ever made it but this one seems real. 45 mins from Wilmington!!!! Jon

    there are lots of pics but my techs took them all and I havent seen them quite yet...and SOMEONE got video of me decimating the deer...so I gotta check that out...

    but ( scratching my head) why isn't the track fenced in or something?

    never been there but maybe they need to hire some sharp shooters!

    yup def safe...



    the pcar is officially retired from the road...and may in fact, be retired from racing fairly soon...but more on that in a bit (devil grin).
