Drive a FF in Aspen Only 11K?

We got a 24" snowfall over the past week (Jan 27-31). The snow is good and the skiing is excellent. Last year sucked and some Fcar events were cancelled.

I have seen a metallic red FF driving around town. Sweet.

The Nell has been completely renovated and is great. best wine list in Colorado IMVHO and the food is great. Ski-in ski-out on Aspen Mountain. The reason why FNA picked it is probably the nicest upscale place in town. If you want to ski Aspen Mtn you can't beat it for convenience.

 

Aspen itself is 7,900 ft and the top of the ski run is 11,200. You can drive up there.

 

Occupy Aspen had maybe 5 people show up.

Funny how these people hate using electric energy fired by coal but you don't see many of them walk up the mountain to ski...they ride the lift and seem to be happy with it.

(The Koch brothers just signed a big contract with Aspen Skico to supply electricity made from methane gas from their coal mine near Paonia. The Koch brothers. Really. they have houses here.)
