I will be doing this drive in about 3 weeks. Just seeing if anyone can tell me what I should expect to see and if there are any great stops along the way.

    Thanks in advance.

I did a rout similar to this in April. It should be a great drive with lots of high speed streches. send a PM to peter rychel. He ws able to give me some advise on great roads that are a little off the beaten path.

I have a customer in Kelowna so I've flown over the mountainous terrain to get there from Sea-Tac. Once in Kelowna, they have a nice hotel complex where the group could stay, which is on a beautiful lake. I don't know about the drive from Spokane, but once you are there, there will be nice mountain roads. The drive from Vancouver should be impressive. For a Ferrari group from Seattle its almost a 4 day event, when you stop for "group photos". The Hotel in Kelowna would have to be the stop on the second night. Seattle-Winthrop-Kelowna-Winthrop-Seattle breaking it up into 200mi/day segments.

The route we took for our honeymoon in april was Seattle-Winthrop-Penticton-Harrison Hot Springs-Seattle. This was a great loop we averaged 15-200 mi a day and there were may 100mph+ streches on this trip.

I haven't done the Spokane-Kelowna route but the Kelowna-Vancouver route I've done many times. You will find beautiful scenery all the way from Kelowna right until you reach Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley about an hour out of Vancouver.

You will find many open stretches of road on the road between Kelowna and Vancouver. Not many traffic but keep an eye out for police officers especially leaving Kelowna and approaching Merritt. Don't forget to bring a cdn $10 bill for the coquihalla highway toll highway (our only toll highway in this province).
