I have searched the web for a simle drive up ramp that would allow one to get under the car. I have seen pictures in various place but have not been able to find a seller of such a ramp. I am not interested in a hydraulic or electric lift. any suggestions?

I built 4 ramps for my 308 out of wood, one for each wheel

There are a few advertised in Hemmings Motor News that I have considered. Not full lifts, but a few feet up so you can get underneath with a creeper.

i used some 2x10 lumber and cut them to stagger the height. the 2 front ramps are 5 feet long and the rear are 3 feet long.
i drive up on the front ramps first, then slip the rear ramps under the rear tires and then drive up on the rears so all 4 wheels are up in the air about 8 inches.

Check out Eagle Lifts on the Internet. Depending on what you're trying to accomplish they have a pretty good selection of items that will NOT kill you. We had a fatality in my town a couple of years ago with a fellow who had his car up on some planks. The widow sold the car and burned the planks.
Keep yourself safe while still saving money. Accidents do happen! And can kill!

I put in a 4 post Eagle lift and have never regreted it. I have had it for 5 years- it's great and I don't know how I lived without it.
    Good luck in your quest.

most drive up ramps are not gradual enough to clear the front end spoiler treatment of a 328 or a euro 308, that is why i made my own with their own grade to them.
