    Hey Ferrari-lovers,

This is a movie I made of the Techno Classica winner in its class: The Ferrari Dino 246 GT. An orange one, and almost in full original condition. Only the carpets are renewed and the paint has been resprayed once because the original orange color had lost its gloss.

Does anyone know how many orange Dinos have been produced. The sn of this car is 05552. Does anyone have more information on this car?

Must say the DINO already was my favorite Ferrari that I have ever driven, and this one confirmed that. Enjoy the video, and of course I would love to hear some comments! Thanks!

Very nice video. Thanks for sharing.

I, also, would like to know how many Dinos were painted rosso dino (orange) as I have one with original paint.

I believe it is one of the rarer colors, because when I have shown my car in the past, there have been at most only one other rosso dino Dino in the line up and people would come up and comment, "You don't see that color very often".

I don't believe those are the correct side mirrors.

sorry, I've always wanted to have enough information to nit-pick like everyone else!

I will likely now be proven wrong.

The side mirrors are correct for a 1973 Italian delivery.

Of course!......I should have looked in my Compendium first. Thanks for reminding me.
But it certainly seems that rosso dino is one of the more uncommon colors at concours to which I have been. I wonder if a lot of rosso dino Dinos have been repainted another color?

It means that red makes the resale of the car much easier than any other color, most future owners being convinced that a Ferrari (well, the "Dino" is not a Ferrari, I know, etc...) has to be red. Resale red = the best color for selling the car easily again.

Walter 'resale red' is an expression used in the Ferrari world that refers to the colour red as the easiest to sell because it is so popular. Cars that are not red are often painted red so that they appeal to the largest audience possible and therefore gets the highest price. As such the term 'resale red' has come about.

No there not, but I also put those side mirrors on mine as I like to see behind me when I drive and the originals were like looking into a reflection in a small pool of water a child was constantly throwing stones in

    They are from a 308

P.S. My car was originally Violet Metalic but is now Rosso dino so at least one car has gone the other way
